Our Environmental and Drainage department recently opened in 2023, when our Head of drainage came over to PSR.
Paul had been working for another large Environmental and drainage company, but became unhappy with the level of service that they provided and the client feedback regarding the overall interaction. So based on this Paul came to us with the right values of customer service, core beliefs and value for money that customers require and so our Environmental and Drainage department was born!
Within 3 weeks of opening PSR Solutions had attended 12 callouts, and had 35 new jobs quoted including PPM's, Jetting and Flood response, so far our feedback has been outstanding with clients more than happy that they finally have someone dependable and honest! Our clients main response has been the fact they can ask and we can answer honestly and truthfully, we will always endeavor to say yes but if we cant we will give you a reason why, Maybe isn't a word in our vocabulary.
